To enable us to prepare and lodge Income Tax and other taxation forms, we will be required to access information held by the Australian Taxation Office to assess your current and ongoing tax liabilities.

We will notify the Australian Taxation Office of mailing address to C/- Compliance Business Advisory and any other contact details we consider necessary.

We are bound by the provisions of the Privacy Act 1988 to maintain all your records securely and in accordance with the provisions of that Act. As a Tax Agent, we are subject to the code of professional conduct established by the Tax Agent Services Act 2009 (TASA), this Code requires, that unless legally required to, we cannot disclose information to a third party without your permission.

Third party Disclosure includes disclosing information between directors, shareholders, trust beneficiaries, spouses and other family members.
