PROFESSIONAL FEES AND PAYMENTS

The professional fees for the services provided will be based on the time and skill required to complete the nominated tasks and will include as an additional item out of pocket expenses and statutory charges, unless otherwise agreed.

We acknowledge each engagement is unique in its scope and complexity and therefore we do not propose a “set fee”. We will define the extent and requirements of your engagement and will provide you with our written recommendation/s along with a schedule of fees. We will also take into consideration any additional work required after reviewing your tax position.

Frequency of invoicing will be determined when confirming our fee - our fees are payable net 14 days. In the event our estimate appears inadequate we will bring the then estimated cost to your attention and seek further approval and expect that you will bring any concerns as to costs or service quickly to our attention.

We will also account to you for any costs /expenses necessarily incurred –such as ASIC fees and lodgement costs, on a monthly basis.
